May 13 – June 12, 2027 in The Bronx–Pregones/PRTT’s ¡SAN MIGUEL, AMARRA TU PERRO! (Tie Up Your Dog!) is an original ensemble play with live music, first premiered in 1998. The production brings together seven renowned insurgent belletrists of the Spanish Caribbean — Ramón Emeterio Betances, Segundo Ruiz Belvis, Eugenio María de Hostos, José Martí, Luisa Capetillo, Pedro Albizu Campos, and Juan Antonio Corretjer — gifted orators and writers who, though they lived across different eras and held varying political philosophies, placed the inherent dignity, freedom, equality, and potential of human beings at the center of their work. Today, when racialized, migrant, trans, and made-poor communities are again vilified and hunted, Tie Up Your Dog! is especially urgent.

December 1-12, 2026 in The Bronx–Pregones/PRTT’s Doomscroll continues four decades of forum theater practice — a tradition the company first introduced in the 1980s to address the impacts of the HIV/AIDS epidemic, and now turns toward mobile phone addiction and community wellness in the digital age. Young people carry this risk most acutely, and the show centers them while honoring a longstanding commitment to intergenerational audiences. Written by playwright Alejandra Ramos Riera, Doomscroll is the second premiere in Pregones/PRTT’s interactive, Abrazo/Embrace initiative. Directed by Jorge B. Merced.

September 27-October 4, 2026 — SOLFEST 2026 is dedicated to amplifying Latiné voices and building a body of work for the new American theater. The program will feature emerging and established artists in both online and in-person events.
