TU REAL NATURALEZA by Miguel Miller

Bronx Film Wednesdays – Independent films you will love.

Tu Real Naturaleza (Your True Nature) is the story and life journey of Colombian author, raw food chef, holistic wellness advocate, and plane crash survivor Gissela Torrella. Sensitively captured and beautifully photographed by award-winning Dominican director Miguel Miller, also a plane crash survivor, the documentary features interviews with women and men who have successfully overcome trauma and illness by embracing a more conscious relationship between body, mind, and spirit. “To achieve optimal health in a natural way,” says Gissela, “it is necessary for your body to wake up to the powerful capacity of self-healing that it possesses.” The film is constructed in four parts: Cuerpo/Body, Mente/Mind, Emociones/Emotions and Espíritu/Spirit.

Tu Real Naturaleza captures the essence of how to be a holistic, healthy and spiritually evolved human being on the planet right now.”  –Dr. Gabriel Cousens, Homeopathic & Holistic Medicine Practitioner

“Touches your heart and takes you on a visual path of self-power.” –Viktoras Kulviskas, MS, a.k.a. The Grandfather of the Living Food Movement

“Loaded with testimonies and data that teach us to heal our bodies and live better, perhaps longer, lives. This documentary and the book Tu Real Naturaleza show us the power of living food and how the answer to a healthy life lies in the wealth from the earth.”  –Linda Candelo, Emmy Awarded Journalist
